All ten non-smoking rooms have ensuites, either LCD or widescreen TVs, DVDCD players, wireless and hard wired internet access, teacoffee facilities with generous snacks, and quality pocket sprung beds with Egyptian percale sheets for a comfortable nights sleep. But thats not all. We are flexible with checking in so start your stay at a time convenient to you. Some rooms also have sea views.

Centrally located 2 mins Pier, Lanes Shopping area, bars, restuarants and 8 mins Conference centre, Dome (on foot!). 4 star period property run personally by Ramola and Mary. We are a simple, clean guesthouse offering rooms and service that we consider to be value for money. Each room is simply furnished with five star luxury beds, free Wifi, tea/coffee making facilities, flatscreen digital TV and some other little extras. Some of the rooms offer partial seaview with kitchenettes and mini fridges (no cooking!) Our aim is to offer you a pleasurable stay in a cosy, friendly and unpretentious atmosphere. Breakfast is cooked to order and is generally between 830 and 930 on weekends and during the week times vary according to general consenus of in house guests. Parking vouchers are available on request and we also provide an ironing service at no extra charge (please dont bring all your laundry!)
